We are a reliable procurement partner, as since 2013 we have gathered and expanded a creative team of public procurement and other field professionals focused on achieving the best procurement results. In our activities, we aim not only to perform the function of the national central purchasing organization assigned to us but, first and foremost, to provide quality services to our clients\u2014businesses, contracting authorities, and contracting entities\u2014and to establish a public procurement practice in the country based on the highest standards of transparency. We invite you to join our professional and friendly team!     <\/p><p><strong>Our work is united by three areas of activity<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/katalogas.cpo.lt\/katalogas\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CPO LT electronic catalog<\/a>, designed for organizations with the status of a contracting authority or contracting entity and businesses to centrally acquire the goods, services, or works they need, and for businesses to sell.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/epc.cpo.lt\/images\/ELEKTRONINI%C5%B2_PASLAUG%C5%B2_TEIKIMO_SUTARTIS.PDF?v=1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Electronic Procurement Center<\/a>, intended for non-contracting organizations to acquire various goods, services, or works.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cpo.sprendimai.cloud\/pirkejams\/#pirkimai-pavedima\">Procurement on behalf of other contracting authorities<\/a> \u2013 we act as an external public procurement department for other organizations.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>What goals will we pursue together? <\/strong><\/p><p>CPO LT&#8217;s mission is to create value for the state and society by enabling contracting authorities to procure efficiently, transparently, and progressively, and for businesses to sell goods, services, or works simply and under competitive conditions through public procurement.<\/p><p>CPO LT&#8217;s vision is centralized public procurement in Lithuania conducted with the highest standards of transparency and best public procurement practices. <\/p><p><strong>Are we on the same path? <\/strong><\/p><p>We are an advanced organization: we do not use paper documents in our activities, we manage electronic public procurement platforms, and implement other digitized solutions to ensure the best experiences for our clients.
