class=\"gray\">Competitions for the CPO LT e-catalog are conducted in one of the following ways: Open competition or Restricted competition based on a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). <\/p>\n<p>You class=\"elementskit-card-body ekit-accordion--content\">\n                            <p><strong>Supplier selection is conducted in one of the following ways:<\/strong> <br \/>by dynamic purchasing system (DPS) or by open competition.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First, you should familiarize yourself with the published announcement about supplier selection for a specific module (all information about procurements\u2014supplier selections can be found: <a href=\"https:\/\/cpo.sprendimai.cloud\/tiekejams\/vykstantys-konkursai\/\">Competitions, market consultations, and technical specifications \u2013 Central Purchasing Organization \u2013 CPO LT<\/a><\/li>\n<li>After reviewing the documents provided in the CVP IS system, to which you will be directed, and agreeing to participate in the supplier selection, click <em>\"accept invitation\"<\/em> and then follow the provided contextual aids.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If supplier selection is conducted based on DPS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>During the validity of DPS<\/strong>, suppliers can <strong>submit applications at any time during the validity of DPS without the need to submit price offers in advance,<\/strong> selected suppliers will submit them only to the contracting authorities when offering their goods, services, or works in specific orders already in the CPO LT catalog.<\/li>\n<li>Suppliers are subject to <strong>only minimal qualification requirements<\/strong> and requirements for the absence of grounds for exclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Suppliers submit applications for compliance with qualification requirements and the absence of grounds for exclusion.
