Career

Welcome to the CPO LT career page, let's get acquainted!

CPO LT is the national central purchasing organization of Lithuania, conducting centralized public procurement through information systems and on behalf of other contracting authorities. We are a reliable procurement partner, as since 2013 we have gathered and expanded a creative team of public procurement and other field professionals focused on achieving the best procurement results. In our activities, we aim not only to perform the function of the national central purchasing organization assigned to us but, first and foremost, to provide quality services to our clients—businesses, contracting authorities, and contracting entities—and to establish a public procurement practice in the country based on the highest standards of transparency. We invite you to join our professional and friendly team!

Our work is united by three areas of activity:

What goals will we pursue together?

CPO LT’s mission is to create value for the state and society by enabling contracting authorities to procure efficiently, transparently, and progressively, and for businesses to sell goods, services, or works simply and under competitive conditions through public procurement.

CPO LT’s vision is centralized public procurement in Lithuania conducted with the highest standards of transparency and best public procurement practices.

Are we on the same path?

We are an advanced organization: we do not use paper documents in our activities, we manage electronic public procurement platforms, and implement other digitized solutions to ensure the best experiences for our clients. We provide employees with the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely from any city in Lithuania and invite them to meet and celebrate common achievements or holidays at least a few times a year. We value everyone working at CPO LT.

At CPO LT, we adhere to the following values:

  • Trust. We trust our clients and employees and expect the same from them. We empower our employees not to be indifferent to client issues and to make independent decisions to provide quality service.
  • Collaboration. Respectful relationships are important to us both within the organization and with external partners. We want not only to listen but also to hear, to be open to others’ opinions, so that we can achieve our set goals together.
  • Courage to Act. We operate as a cohesive and strong team: we listen, do not ignore each other’s ideas, and consult. This allows us to make bold but measured decisions.
  • Quality. We grow our competencies, have a high level of responsibility, learn from mistakes and achievements, and can find optimal solutions for our clients.
  • Growth. We strive to learn and improve, share information among ourselves, and receive feedback from our clients, without preconceived notions and a formal approach to problems, so that we can improve operational processes and ensure the highest public procurement standards.
