Procedure for updating user data in the CPO LT catalog

If you forget and want to restore the initial login details, you need to:

• use one of the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Apple Safari;
• click the link “Forgot your password?“;
• enter the email address that was provided during catalog registration and the company code. Click “Restore”
• An email will be sent (within 15 minutes) to the email address (if it exists in our system and if the account is not blocked) with further instructions;
• If the entered email address is not in the system or the account is blocked, you will not receive a notification. In this case, contact CPO LT employee Inga Jankūniene, tel. inga.jankuniene@cpo.sprendimai.cloud.
