Before registration

• To register and make purchases through CPO LT, you will need to specify in the Buyer’s application-contract the authorized persons by the organization’s head who will be able to place orders and announce tenders in the CPO LT electronic catalog.
• To sign Main contracts electronically, the organization’s head or an authorized person must have a qualified electronic certificate issued in their name and electronic signature formation equipment.
