Participants

Only organizations listed in this contracting authorities list* can participate in procurements through CPO LT.

* – This list is established by the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Lithuania.

  • Contracting authorities belonging to the central state administration system (as specified in the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated February 21, 2003, “On the Approval of the List of Contracting Authorities” No. 4-72);
  • Municipal institutions and establishments, as well as entities established by them; other municipal administration entities with powers granted by legal acts, performing assigned administrative functions and responsible for the implementation of these functions;
  • Territorial divisions of contracting authorities listed in the list of contracting authorities belonging to the central state administration system;
  • Contracting authorities established by entities of the central state administration system;
  • Joint-stock companies and closed joint-stock companies where the state or municipality holds more than 50 percent of the votes at the general shareholders’ meeting;
  • Institutions of the science and study system (higher education institutions, research institutions, science and technology parks, and other institutions and organizations related to the evaluation or organization of science and study activities);
  • Educational system institutions (secondary schools, vocational training institutions, general education schools, preschool education institutions, pre-primary education institutions, supplementary education institutions, special education institutions, and other educational system institutions);
  • Cultural institutions (theaters, museums, libraries, and other cultural institutions);
  • Institutions of the Lithuanian national health system (personal health care, public health care, pharmaceutical and other wellness institutions);
  • Social care and welfare institutions;
  • Physical culture and sports institutions (sports clubs, sports schools, sports centers, sports bases, and other physical culture and sports institutions);
  • Defense system institutions;
  • Environmental protection institutions;
  • Institutions ensuring public safety and order;
  • Civil protection and rescue system institutions;
  • Tourism service providers (tourism information centers and other institutions providing tourism services);
  • Entities of the Republic of Lithuania implementing projects financed by international and/or national funds (receiving support), whose administration institutions or establishments have signed a cooperation agreement with CPO LT, and/or whose activities and/or project (support) administration are regulated by legal acts and/or agreements providing the possibility to conduct procurements through CPO LT;
  • Contracting companies defined in the Public Procurement Law, operating in the fields of water management, energy, transport, or postal services. Entities of the Republic of Lithuania obliged by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania to conduct procurements through CPO LT.
