To enhance the capabilities of public sector employees and provide an opportunity to conveniently improve skills, CPO LT has developed a remote learning platform. This format was offered by CPO LT two years ago, attracting a large number of participants at the time. Now, with new content, we invite procurement organization specialists to efficiently and conveniently acquire the knowledge needed to professionally conduct public procurements and navigate the rapidly changing procurement environment.
What will you hear and learn in the seminar?
This platform provides an opportunity to quickly expand competencies in the field of centralized public procurement, familiarize oneself with the latest practices and trends, procurement policy updates, and challenges faced by institutions across the country.
During the training, all the latest CPO LT electronic catalog modules, developed as part of a European Union-funded project, will be presented. Participants will learn about the practical benefits these modules provide to procurement organizations, how to efficiently manage procurement contracts, and what decisions to make in the daily public procurement process.
Practical benefits include detailed video instructions that show step-by-step how to create order baskets in each module.
Additional lectures for comprehensive preparation
In addition to module presentations, participants will be able to attend other relevant lectures and test their knowledge by taking tests:
- CPO LT – A Reliable Procurement Partner
- The foundation of a successful procurement is responsible preparation
- CPO LT contract responsibilities distribution between procurement organizations and suppliers
Flexible learning format
The training will be organized in the first half of 2026. The total duration of the program is approximately 3.5 hours.
All seminar participants can learn at their own pace and review the material over several working days. This is especially convenient for those who want to balance training with daily duties.
Each participant is given the opportunity to:
- watch lecture recordings,
- take tests,
- review practical instructions,
- request individual consultation if needed.
Participation is free, there is no limit on the number of places, but registration is required. Upon completion of the training, all participants will receive certificates.
