New CPO LT e-catalog (CPO IS) for suppliers

From the current CPO LT electronic catalog https://katalogas.cpo.lt/katalogas/ the modules for goods, services, and works will be gradually activated in the newly created CPO LT e- catalog and simultaneously deactivated in the old one.

In the first phase, it is planned to transfer 10 modules, in subsequent phases the number of transferred modules will be significantly increased.

It is important to understand that orders cannot be formed and proposals cannot be that will be transferred to the new system, in the old system it will not be possible to complete. All users of the CPO LT e-catalog contracting authorities and suppliers will need to register independently in the new system, where registration will be done by identifying themselves through electronic government gateways.

Through the electronic government gateways, you can log in using electronic banking, SMART ID, or mobile signature. Accounts in the current catalog will not be transferred automatically. Until you receive a separate invitation to perform this action, registration is not required. Upon receiving information to register in the new system, it should be done immediately to ensure uninterrupted use of services.

The main requirements are as follows: the ability to connect to the system through electronic government gateways (you must have e- banking, SMART ID, mobile signature, LT ID).

Registration to the new catalog will be done independently, and contracts concluded inthe catalog will be signed only in the catalog and automatically published in CVPIS CVPIS. Signing with a physical signature will not be possible.

Since contracts will be signed with a qualified e-signature. , it will be necessary to specify in the system an authorized person to sign the contract.

The information of contracting authorities' accounts will not be transferred, users will need to provide data when registering in the new system.
