The new CPO LT electronic catalog (CPO IS)

Here you will find information about the changes to the CPO LT electronic catalog and the new CPO IS

The new CPO LT electronic catalogue (CPO IS) has already started operations, which will replace the currently used information system and modernise the processes of centralised public procurement. Some of the procurement has already been transferred to the new system, while the other part will be transferred in stages. The entire transition between the two systems will take place in about one year from the beginning of 2026.

How is the change happening?

The launch of the new CPO LT electronic catalog is being carried out in stages to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted service usage. Throughout the transition period from one system to another, which may last about 1 year, the current system will still operate, but its modules will be gradually deactivated as they are activated in the new catalog. In the first stage, 10 modules have already been activated in the new system and deactivated in the current catalog. Next, the modules are moved in groups of 10.

You will be informed about which modules and in which stages will be transferred to the new system after assessing the terms required for a smooth transition from one system to another. Since the change of the CPO LT e-catalog is carried out in stages, CPO LT reserves the right to adjust the terms of the launch of modules.

REGISTRATION: We invite all our existing users of the current catalog to register in the new system: https://cpois.cpo.lt regardless of whether the modules important to you have already been migrated to the new system.
